Four Steps for Investment

Step 1 – Enquire

By getting in touch with us we can decipher what you are looking for from your investment as every client’s needs are different, and we provide a personal service as a result. A budget is set and expected returns discussed.

Step 2 – Decide

This step is mainly down to us. Once we have discussed your situation we then go away and use our unparalleled knowledge of the to find the perfect investment opportunity for you and send it your way.

Step 3 – Maximise

At Brand Portfolios we understand the fine margins in maximising investment. We often source properties that are in need of refurbishment and use our high end contractors to turn the property into a bespoke version of its former self. This enables us to then demand top tier rental fees leading to faster returns for our investors. All financial decisions are consulted with yourself and we will be offering professional advice along the way.

Step 4 – Sit Back & Relax

Your investment property is then passed to our excellent management team who will source a suitable tenant, carry out regular inspections and look after your property as if it were their own. You will be provided with regular updates from our team all without having to lift a finger.
