At Brand Portfolios we don’t forget about you once you’ve invested through us. Whilst managing your assets we like to remind you why you chose us. Updates are provided with statistical data referring to your units. From ‘Current Market Value’ to ‘Annual Rent Income’, we provide it all.
Tenants
Tenant information is provided to our landlords during their initial move in and also going forward. Any tenancy changes are made aware to our landlords along with any potential issues we are facing. By providing this information we give our landlords a feeling of connection with their properties without necessarily having to physically be in them
New Opportunities
At Brand Portfolios we pride ourselves on our ability to build relationships in and around the properties we manage. In doing so, we often are presented with opportunities for our landlords to further benefit from their investment.
