THE PROCESS
Four Steps for Tenants
Step One – Enquire
Get in touch with our friendly management team and provide your details and requirements.
Step Two – Viewings
It is important for you to see first hand the properties that we have matched with your criteria. One of our team will arrange to meet you at the property and show you round whilst answering any questions you may have.
Step Three – Choose
Decide on the property for you and the property manager will request a number of details from you including proof of funds, proof of identity and potentially a guarantor. You’ll need to come into our office and complete a signing form.
Step Four – Enjoy
Once you’ve provided the relevant documents and passed our thorough referencing process you’ll be handed the keys and it will be time to move in to your new property!
